We liked a lot the location of the hotel. They were kind enough to provide us with a castle/river view room (number 2) which was very spacious and with very confortable beds and pillows. The shower pressure was perfect and the room was well equipped. The view from the room was indeed very romantique.

Large, comfortable room, warm and well-equipped. Breakfast was adequate.We were the only guests and so it was also very quiet.

Cesky Krumlov is a medieval town. It was a real experience to travel here. The breakfast was excellent.
Location was unbeatable. Best castle views from rooms. Nice and quiet.
Room is big.
Our room was not cleaned one day, despite the fact that the cleaning lady saw us leaving our room. The breakfast was of very poor quality. The staff is not professional, not very good english. They were helpful and kind but you had the impression that they prefered not to be disturbed.
No jug nor was the cafe open.
One heater rattled several times at night.
Reception was closed at night.
You have to pay for the parking.
Shower support bar needs to be higher to allow for more convenient use. Set too low.

One must park about 700 metres away from the town and then try to find the hotel. Best to pick P1 to park as it is closest.
Only the receptionist could speak English. All other staff couldn't. Slim pickings for breakfast buffet.
