We loved our room. It was close to all tourist attractions, but very quiet. We had a fantastic view of the river, room was quite spacious (lots of room for 3 of us) and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was extensive and very delicious. We saw this hotel in the Rick Steves' Eastern Europe book and want to say, "Thanks, Rick!" I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cesky Krumlov!.
all reviews » The location is excellent, because it is close to the sights but in a quiet area. The staff was nice and helpful. There was parking available right outside the hotel, which is very comfortable when traveling by car. The bathroom was renovated and spacious, a characteristic that we found very rare in Cesky Krumlov. The staff were very friendly and even we arrived late in the evening, she was willing to spend the time providing information. There is a bathtub in the bathroom and the room is quite spacious. We had a great time there. Mysi Díra was peaceful beautiful and comfortable. For a pair of New Yorkers coming from a luxury hotel in Prague, it seemed both spartan and heavenly. Friendly staff; clean, practical and above all quiet. The hotel was right in the heart of the city. The rooms were cute, modern and clean. The breakfast was great - meats, cheeses, fried eggs, bacon, fruit and rolls. Excellent value for the money. The room is all wood, very clean. Facing the river, romantic feeling. Price is very good. Closest to the bus stop. Easy to walk to with the luggage. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location - very easy to find and very easy to park. Bathroom fixtures are a bit tinny. Carry bags up narrow stairs for two Seniors!. Breakfast is soso. On the breakfast there was the ham that gone wrong, disgusting coffee!. Nothing. the shower. Price (more expensive than better hotel in Prague) and parking. Smokey atmosphere in breakfast room even though it's a non-smoking facility. breakfast is quite so so.. and there is something wrong with the heater in room.. many big spiders in bath room. I wouldn't call it an hotel... Maybe 2* motel. Very simple room, no lobby, thin breakfast. They charged for parking, although they did not say it costs.
