i enjoyed staying in Penzion Podhradí a lot, the owner is very easy-going and friendly. the room is a bit small as it's in the 2nd floor, yet the garden have a beautiful view of the castle and river which i spend a lot of time in the afternoon with a book as well at night watching stars. The location is great - a short walk from the town center so you can enjoy your quiet time in the hotel as well it's super easy to access to everything. they only have four rooms so most of the time you enjoy t.
