we booked for the second time the apartment on the 8th floor. It was very comfortable for us since we were with our child. the apt. is big ,there is 1 bedroom with double bed, kitchen with all appliances needed and livingroom with a bed-sofa., 1 bathroom and 1 toilet .,Staff is very polite and helpfull, the room was cleaned every day Breakfast was fine and sufficient though it repeated itself everyday. This is our second time in this appartment -hotel and are very pleaseג with our choice and w.

The room was clean. unfortunately during our stay there were a lot of gimnastic groups of young girls wich were noisy at night and staff could not keep them quiet. not much to do or access around the hotel, you must go into city centre. So,me items for breakfast were not refilled. Once some items had finished they didnt replace until the next mornings breakfast which i think is wrong. Restaurant is organized in such a way that you have to walk a lot, narrow and long with food at its very edge. It is in the housing estate area of the city that looks quite scaring from the motorway. I was on business, I only wanted to sleep on a place that is easy to approach so it depends what is your preference. Many items have good intentions but not finished. E.g. you have kitchen in apartment, but there are only 2 plates(2 forks, 2 spoons) in apartment for 3 person. There is cooker but no frying pan, no washcloth. You can wait 10 minutes at reception before they found time for you (talking by phone, talking with internal staff, etc.). No TV set at second room. No mini-bar, as a result children can take bottled water from table and you realize that it costs 25 kron. Distant location relative to the center of Brno. fill in guest forms on our arrival, heavy keys from a door. A little noisy outside. Surrounding is little bit spooky. There is only 2 wine glasses for 3 persons (double room). Location. Silicone pillow and bedcover. offered a wifi service and did not get it, when I went to complain to the staff, the attitude from the staff stank, alls they can come back with is your getting it for free what more do want. As far as I'm concern if you offer a services, and then you should provide the service. had no tea/coffee facility. there was no disabled parking provided, on returning to the hotel one evening we had to park right round back as all the parking was taken. Bathroom. Doors are thin so noise from corridor comes easily. Not a good place to sleep well. old fashion keys. Strange noise of heating system made a bit difficult to get to sleep. Cold rooms or very noisy central heating = impossible to feel comfortable. Surrounding area. The poor welcome at the lobby. Wine served warm at the restaurant. Noisy heating radiators - hard to sleep in winter. Slow internet. Very expensive sauna. A little bit too far from the center. Very far from the city center, I dont reccomend the restaurant of the hotel....if your friend made the reservation for you and book it with his credit card, then you have a problem..hotels wants to see the card...thats stupid!! You can not pay your friend's hotel cost??..in this hotel you can not...either you have to bring your friend or his credit card with you...
