Noem Arch is the first restaurant of Roman’s own conception in the Czech Republic. His cuisine is rich with a various and balanced taste and uses fresh ingredients, Asian herbs, and Roman’s own spice mixes. The cosy Cocktail Bar and Lounge can be used for smaller social events, as it seats up to 50 people. It is open from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 18:00 to 03:00. The hotel also offers a multi-purpose conference Show Lounge with up to 150 seats in a theatre-like arrangement and an exclusive Sky Lounge with 30 seats designated for smaller private gatherings.
