  Room design. Cleanliness. Freedom. Location. Delicious breakfast. All that people are writing about the swimming pool is unfairly diminishing hotel's rating. The pictures of the pool are exactly views from the balcony.   The hotel is located right on the waterfront. It is close to the active part of Split. It is near the major attraction, Diocletian's Palace, a unesco protected site. The bus station is a short ten minute walk away which made travel to other towns quite easy. The staff was quite helpful and polite. They kept our baggage for two days for no charge w... what people say » hile we went to Dubrovnik. The room had no air conditioning, but the room was quite cool. Buffet breakfast is included. - This hotel couldn't be in a better spot, right in the centre of Split, not far from Diocletian's Palace, and, more practically, close to the bus, train stations and ferry port. Bacvice beach is not far away. I much appreciated one of the cleaning staff putting a fan in my room and turning it on during the day so I could get a good night's sleep on a hot summer night in Split- and, boy,that's hot ! Breakfast pretty good.
