  Rovinj is a lovely town - we enjoyed walking around and seeing all the wonderful art. The hotel was comfortable and all the staff helpful and friendly. A good value as well. - Everything was great, good quality, good price, nice and helpful staff, comfortable bed, interesting design, delicious fresh food.

  The location of Villa Squero was perfect. The first 2 nights we stayed in the attic room where we were happy except for the bonking of our heads on the angled ceiling. The view is incredible, looking back at Rovinj and watching the boats come and go. The second 2 nights were with a balcony on the floor below. The breakfast was the best so far in our trip: 2 kinds - We just loved everything. From the location to the fantastic breakfast on the terrace to the most beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Also, the little touches, like the bottle of sparkling water in the fridge and a gateau to nibble each evening on our return. The hotel is so good for both the old town of Rovinj and also for the wonderful coast line, which we could explore on the free bikes which we got from the hotel.   Amazing hotel, beautifully if not always practically designed. The staff were generally extremely friendly and helpful. The new pool area and cafe are lovely. The hotel was extremely busy when we were there and it was difficult to get a lounger next to the pool but this wasn't a problem as there were plenty of other loungers in amongst the trees. ... what people say » Hotel provides beach towels. Treated ourselves - Spent 2 nights here in Oct.,we were given an upgrade to a Jazz Room and althought it was a bit cool for the water it was great for relaxing! Staff so great !! I can see why it is such a conference hotel as they are very service oriented! Lana at the front desk was delightful and enjoyed meeting the head chef that grew up in Canada(woohoo Canadian Maple Syrup on the menu) Ate in L Restaurant twice and would go back again.   This was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful. It is built into the side of a hill overlooking a beautiful bay at the edge of Rovinj. Our room was amazing, with a balcony that overlooked the bay and the sunset. The bathroom was bigger than our bedroom at home! We also enjoyed an excellent dinner at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the beautiful old town of Rovinj.

  the host was a nice woman, and did everything to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast was a nice one, great value for money - Fantastıc property, great facılıtıes, short walk to the beach and not far ınto the cıty centre.

  Amazing views of the sea and the historical Rovinj. Do you feel that you are on the beach. Room was new and clean. Every day was cleaning, fresh towels every other day. Breakfast can choose from the menu, are high. Again we booked a stay in the spring I do not know why it has only two stars.

( not sand but with small rocks ) Possibilites for sport, table tennis, midget golf, volleybal, water - Fantastic location - getting the boat to and from the mainland wasn't a problem as it was always punctual and the crew were helpful and polite. Really beautiful hotel - extremely clean and kept very well. The views of the old town are incredible. Staff - all were helpful, polite and spoke excellent English. Value for money - it is hard to believe that this is only a 2* hotel as facilities, pool, room etc were all of a high standard

  The location in the centre of Rovinj is excellent - adjacent to the port and exactly what we wanted. Lots of activity there and great views. The staff are extremely helpful and the food in the hotel restaurant was first class. - Perfect location overlooking the harbor. Sea view rooms are superior.

On the bike, you can be in town in no time and can easily reach Punta Corrente and other places. They didn't mind to pick me up when I got lost at arrival and also didn't mind dricing me to the station the last day. They also offered free bikes if you need it and were very helpful always. The personal was nice and humbold. I wouldn't described the appartment itself as amazing but cozy and the character and the services makes it a very good option to choose.

Lots of lovely bars and restaurants with reasonably priced food nearby if you fancy a change from the excellent ‘fayre’ served in the restaurant at street level below the apartment. Although this may mean 39 steps to your apartment, the staff are willing to carry - Very comfortable large room with modern and practical bathroom. Located in the historical centre of town in a lively small street, we did not get disturbed during the night, but had to close the well insulating window. As consequence not accessable by car.Aircondinging. Had exellent welcome by the personell, which found a solution also to store our bikes. We would recommend if you would like to stay in Rovinj historical centre.
