Great location in part of the old town just 25 meters from the atmospheric harbour side and an easy walk with luggage from the bus station. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants with reasonably priced food nearby if you fancy a change from the excellent ‘fayre’ served in the restaurant at street level below the apartment. We had a recently renovated cosy room on the 2nd floor kept spotlessly clean and well serviced. Although this may mean 39 steps to your apartment, the staff are willing to carry.

Located in the historical centre of town in a lively small street, we did not get disturbed during the night, but had to close the well insulating window. As consequence not accessable by car.Aircondinging. Had exellent welcome by the personell, which found a solution also to store our bikes. We would recommend if you would like to stay in Rovinj historical centre. The service we received here was 110%. So much we actually returned to have a meal underneath er at their restaurant. It was amazing food totally booked with customers and after getting our food we understood why. The quality was superb. Accomodation is in an ideal location for the early start next morning, and on arrival we were in the thick of the hassle and bushel of afternoon walks and cocktails. Great place!. The room has great location and and it has luxurious feel. It is worth taking the option of breakfast as it is good value and tasty breakfast served individually for you in the restaurant below. The rooms are above a high end restaurant. You feel like you stay in one of the best locations in town. The town itself is beautiful. I'm glad I came to Rovinj and chose Rooms Residence Dream for my stay. Located near the wharf area of Rovinj the hotel is in the heart of the town right amongst the cafes and restaurants. Although quite compact, our room was very clean and tidy...perfect for our one night stop. The duty manager was very efficient, and he had a great sense of humour!. The location was great. The fact that there was private parking was essential. Even though it cost extra it was definitely worth it. Sasha was extremely helpful getting us to his parking and helping with our luggage. Breakfast a little sparse by other Croatian hotel/pension standards and a world away from the restaurant food. The Beaches here cannot compare with those on the Dalmatian coast. There was nothing for us not to like, but some people might find the stairs a bit difficult to negotiate. We liked the town centre location, but some might find the bar next door was noisy til quite late. We thought that was worth it for the old town atmosphere and location two minutes from the waterfront but some might not think the same way. nothing! It was indeed a DREAM and out best ever for many years!. Nothing. Parking is not easy Staff does not speak english good enough to talk on the phone. Nothing. Room was a little small and on top floor (no elevator). Parking is not available. No credit card only cash. Need to keep the windows shut at night (there is air conditioning) as the local bars are noisy. one of the staff looked unfriendly. but the owner and most of the staffs are very nice. Noise from people talking outside in the evening. Space next to the bed in our room was narrow; 35 cm. 3 flights up but staff very willingly carried our suitcases. Getting suitcase from car up to apartment was difficult. Avoid if you have lots of luggage. no problems. The room was in the ceiling with windows in the roof covered by blinds that did not keep the 5am sunlight out of the room. The bed is only inches off the floor. The pillows were very hard.The fridge was off.
