  It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly. We did have to walk (5 mins) from the old town gate as cars cannot drive up to the hotel, but this added to the charm. - ... what people say » It's location was perfect.   We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast. The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK. Personnel was very helpful all the time.   Was probably the most clean and spacious apartment we stayed on our trip. Family of four and had a lounge room and dining room so plenty of space . Aircon and wifi excellent unlike some other places we stayed . The host made us pita and offered drinks on arrival and was very kind and friendly .   Tomi and Irena were excellent hosts and made us feel most welcome. The apartment suited our needs perfectly and was very clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of town but everywhere was in walking distance, or in distance of a bus stop. Taxis were quite cheap to get us back home.   Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

  We were travelling as a group of friends - three mature couples - so we booked all three studio apartments and therefore had the whole house to ourselves. Our booking was handled very efficiently by Antun, the owner, who answered any questions promptly by email. Easy to find and organise with Antun to be picked up at the main gate by Pero to show us to the apartment. We arrived in Dubrovnik without our suitcases after they were left in rome by the airline and ended up having to stay 3 nights in Dubrovnik without any clothes. The whole experience could've been so much worse, yet Pero was absolutely amazing and helped us by continually ringing the airport and even organising
