We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast.
The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK.
Personnel was very helpful all the time.
There were white bread, toast, marmalade, honey, cheese, turkey(?), yogurt, juice, coffee and tea on the breakfast so you get something to eat if you're not used to have vegetables or fruit in. all reviews »
Location is great if you don't mind few steps and if you don't have a car. Everything else is spot on - clean, good wifi connection, free use of computer/books/dvd's/games, free tea/coffee/local liquors, generous breakfast and friendly stuff.
The staff was very nice and had everything ready for us even as we arrived early in the day.
The breakfast was included and it was very nice. Great location in the old town of Dubrovnik. We would not hesitate staying there again.
The location is perfect. I liked the modern fit out of the apartment, nice, clean, it had all we needed including the washing machine. The hosts were friendly, happy to answer questions and available for help when needed.

Fantastic new renovated apartments in the middle of the old city. Right next to main street so very few steps to climb. Lovely couple working hard to please.

The bed wasn't nice at all. The frame was higher than the mattress and I hit my legs there more than once.
In retrospect we'd saved a good money by thinking twice and staying somewhere outside Old Town - you'll get there easily by bus and save a good money by getting your accommodation elsewhere.
Breakfast was OK if you aren't used to have fresh berries or fruit or vegetables in the morning. One cherry tomato doesn't make one very happy.
Not apartment's fault - we had rent a car and the machine in the main parking lot just outside the old town ate our money without issuing ticket. When we contacted parking attendant he was rude and unhelpful, with 'so what?' attitude. Do not put notes in those machines, buy tickets from kiosk or with coins.
The bathroom. I understand space is limited, but i felt crammed, and its very stuffy.
Some noise from a bar in the street below though it stopped quite early. Lots of stairs to the top floor...worth it for the view though.
Mezzanine bed, so had to climb stairs. Ok for us but might not suit everyone.
Dubrovnik Old Town has many stone steps to get to most accommodation - this one is not the hardest to get too but it's worth warning you that you will be carrying your suitcase up to the front door.
There was a bad smell from the drains while I was there, which was thought to be due to the weather and the sewerage system in the city. If stairs are difficult for you there is at least 1 flight.
The neighboor did not like when I was sitting on the portch having a glass. But the place is 15 from the restaurant street?.
As with most places in the old town, it is up a lot of steep steps. Could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage.
Stairs, many stairs in street to carry suitcases, guess 50 steps and stairs in apartments too, so make sure you can carry your luggage if you book here.
1. Opened Toilet and Shower booth.
You can see your collegue or lover's figure to do something.
2. Towel is not clean (hair).
we didnt get a lot of hot water.
A little dated and basic, but wonderful location and good value. No balcony, but very litte else, and this wasn't a problem.

Didn't have all the facilities mentioned in the advert. A big let
down and false advertising.
