An excellent apartment with a luxurious view. The staff are extremely helpful with anything (be it travel to/from airport or arranging trips to different kind of destinations) you might need. The location is in the middle of Lapad meaning there's plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Bus connections are within 5 minutes walk. We loved staying att Silvas. She was a wonderful hostess and we are very satisfied with our stay. The room was very nice with a beautiful view of the beach and Lapad. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were ok. We are definitely coming back!.
