Family House Fascination was perfect for us. Nora was a lovely host. Friendly, happy and always helpful. She was always available. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The kiwi fruit covered courtyard and terrace were just magic when we came home from a very hot days exploring. Our courtyard opened onto a stairway with lots of people walking past. The apartment facilities are excellent!: it's well decorated and equipped. Beds are very good. It has an amazing view, and is very well located: 15 minutes walk to the port, less than 100 meters from the bus stop which will take you to the Old City. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

+ Location is perfect. Close to the old town but with free parking space. We walked to the old town center in only 10 minutes with our little son. The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing. My 85 year old mother could do it in 15 minutes.

We were at Sumetska 8 at Ana's place. + A lovely host, very friendly, with a lot of useful tips of what to do and see. + The apartmant is very clean, modern and has an amazing view from the terrace. + It's about a 15 minutes walk to the old town, really lots of steps, there is also a bus, but we always made the trip by feet - downstairs and upstairs. There is just a quiet noise from the road to hear, good air - no exhaust gas

This apartment is very elegant, bright, clean and quiet; thanks for good windows :). The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We received a lot of information and many practical tips about Dubrovnik and traditions. If we have questions the answers were replied quickly by e-mails or SMSes. We were staying there only for one night as a quick break on our way to Hvar. Because of small baby we arrived late,about 11 PM but there was no problems with that. owners have been waiting for us:) Owners very helpfull. Facilities were fantastic, the staff were extremely professional and helpful and the main hotel was modern and clean. The one bedroom residence is particularly spacious and ideal for a couple travelling with young children. The view from the Radisson is stunning and the hotel is set amongst beautiful grounds! Location was quiet but not far from everything. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.
