  The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town). The view of the old town and sea from our room was amazing. There is a small beach very close by and Fort Lovrijenac is just up a few stairs from the apartment.   Was probably the most clean and spacious apartment we stayed on our trip. Family of four and had a lounge room and dining room so plenty of space . Aircon and wifi excellent unlike some other places we stayed . The host made us pita and offered drinks on arrival and was very kind and friendly .   We stayed in the 1 bedroom at Nikole Bozidarevica Street 6. The apartment was spacious and neat. There was juice and some welcome candy in the room. The furnishings are nice but dated. The location is perfect. Easy to get to, no city stairs and just one flight of stairs in the courtyard. With a number of large windows it is easy to get a nice bree... what people say » ze through the house. The price was fantastic as well and is a great value for all that you get. The owner is on site and is a fantastically nice lady - This is a lovely apartment with a great terrace. We have stayed here three times and have always had a great experience. Nada always makes us feel very welcome and ensures that our stay is very comfortable. We are certainly returning.

The location couldn't be better -- looking over a quaint plaza with plenty of restaurant options, morning market, and small super alert. The room is small but cozy and the bathroom is across the hall so it's semi-private but only used by us.   This apartment in Dubrovnik was wonderful! Modern and beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view over the old town. You can watch amazing sunsets sitting on your balcony. The apartment is also extremely clean and the owner is very nice and accommodating. We loved our stay here! Some reviews complain about the stairs. First, there are not that many... what people say » stairs by Dubrovnik standards. Second, going up some stairs is the price you have to pay basically anywhere you stay in DVK in order to have an outst - We stayed in the studio. We liked EVERYTHING: location and beautiful view of the sea and old town from the balcony, comfort of the apartment, reasonably good bed, good preasure of warm water, hospitality of the owner. Extra very thankful to her for helping me get my special glasses back, when I forgot them in the studio and was already far from Dubrovnik. Thanks a lot, Goldi.

  Everything was just perfect!!! The studio was clean and not far from the old town. You have a nice beach not far, the perfect location!   Gabi and her family were very friendly. The apartment is very well located as its a 5 min walk to Lapad beach and 10 min from Splendid, 2 min from a cinema (in English), cafes and restaurants are also a few min walk away. The No 4 bus is just outside and runs every 20 min from 15min past the hour and goes direct to the old town in about 15-20 min.... what people say » The apartment had a washing machine which was great for us as we we travelling for 6 weeks. The wifi was also excellent (fast and reliable). The room - Gabi and her husban Ivan, the owners of the apartment were very friendly and welcoming! Please note that if you arrive by car the apartment is in a family house off the extremely little narrow lane, which we missed in the dark.   From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by the staff , everybody was genuinely helpful . The hotel is a beautifully restored mansion and is a refuge from the crowded madness of Dubrovnik . Located a 20 minute bus ride from the Old City Pile Gate with a bus stop 100 metres from the hotel front door . A real find in Dubrovnik , a city - Great location close to the sea and parkland. Bars and restaurants a few yards away and easy access to the old town by number 6 bus 50 metres from the front door. Extremely friendly and informative staff. Room 31, although at the top of the house has an amazing roof terrace, must be seen. Great value hotel and a great place to be based for a trip of any length to the stunning Dubrovnik.

The host is friendly and acts as a guide by leaving maps, discounts for some businesses in town, and explaining historical/practical things about dubrovnik. There are shopping malls (food, bakery, ...) in the direct environment, which is good since there is no breakfast optio - Ante is a kind and genuine host, gives a great introduction to the apartment and the surroundings. Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The new town is only a 5 min bus ride from this apt and 10min walk to the bus station.
