  It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly. We did have to walk (5 mins) from the old town gate as cars cannot drive up to the hotel, but this added to the charm. - ... what people say » It's location was perfect.   My husband and I stayed here for the last several nights of our travels throughout Croatia, and we loved it. After our first 24 hours there, we felt instantly relaxed and rejuve - Facilities were fantastic, the staff were extremely professional and helpful and the main hotel was modern and clean. The one bedroom residence is particularly spacious and ideal for a couple travelling with young children. The view from the Radisson is stunning and the hotel is set amongst beautiful grounds! I would highly recommend this hotel to any families with young children.

  The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town). The view of the old town and sea from our room was amazing. There is a small beach very close by and Fort Lovrijenac is just up a few stairs from the apartment. We had rental car questions and he arranged for the car and made it very easy to access. We had a wonderful stay!

  Was probably the most clean and spacious apartment we stayed on our trip. Family of four and had a lounge room and dining room so plenty of space . Aircon and wifi excellent unlike some other places we stayed . The host made us pita and offered drinks on arrival and was very kind and friendly . The hostess was very friendly and the villa was attractive and clean. We were offered fresh produce from the garden and an excellent breakfast. For those unable to climb the steps, it's possible to get a cable car up from town to a short walk away from the villa

  Up market !! - Location was perfect, being directly outside Old Town. Being so close toPile Gate also meant that it was a very short walk to the hotel aftergetting off the bus from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly -the lady who checked me in remembered my name throughout my stay and wasvery helpful!

  From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by the staff , everybody was genuinely helpful . The hotel is a beautifully restored mansion and is a refuge from the crowded madness of Dubrovnik . Located a 20 minute bus ride from the Old City Pile Gate with a bus stop 100 metres from the hotel front door . I cannot praise Hotel Zagreb enoug... what people say » h and my advice to anyone going to Dubrovnik is " Dont hesitate book Hotel Zagreb " , you will not be disappointed ! A real find in Dubrovnik , a city - Great location close to the sea and parkland. Bars and restaurants a few yards away and easy access to the old town by number 6 bus 50 metres from the front door. Extremely friendly and informative staff. Room 31, although at the top of the house has an amazing roof terrace, must be seen. Great value hotel and a great place to be based for a trip of any length to the stunning Dubrovnik.

  This is most definitely a first class 5 star hotel from the moment of pickup from airport. The hotel is a designers dream no detail too small for them. Open spaces yet a feeling of intimacy. Fabulous room with small balcony and big view. Plenty of good food places in town too. Indoor outdoor swimming pool, outdoor lunch - The location is magnificent. The beds are very comfortable and enormous. Every room has a sea view which is spectacular. Simply adored the courtesy vaporetta that shuttles between the hotel and the old harbour in Dubrovnik every hour.

  When you first arrive you realize what a great location you have chosen. Its in the middle of the old city. Then you are greeted by Boris and Sandra who are a wealth of information and absolutely wonderful. I could not have been more pleased to have met them. The information you receive before you even arrive is a wealth of information and while I... what people say » stayed they were more then generous with their time to tell me what I should be doing and where to eat and how to see the city. When I finally got to - Sandra and Borris were terrific! Not only were our accomodations wonderful they supplied us with wine and a fresh fruit basket on arrival. So much detail went into this apartment--we felt very much at home. They also helped us alot with our travel arrangements with maps and making car rental arrangements. We definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik to stay here--the location couldn't have been better in the old town and was fairly quiet! Linda & Tom , Minneapolis, Mn
