Everything, it's wonderful, the sea view, the big rooms, the best hotel in town, not by location but by everything else. THE place to stay if you've got a car in dubrovnik. (If you dont it's not so far though) - Stayed at the Uvala, not the Splendid: the room was large and very nice. We also used the indoor swimming pool.

The guests of Nike Apartments have a common terrace with a nice view of the Lapad Beach. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Every day (or at lest every 2 days) the owner changed the bath towels and the bed sheets.

The hotel is located in an old house outside but very near the Pile gate (one of two to the Old City). Very convenient! The room is surprisingly large and tidy and has what you expect (including a hair dryer!). There is a nice garden restaurant where you can sip wine and eat to a reasonable cost compared to inside the walls. -

The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town).
The view of the old town and sea from our room was amazing. There is a small beach very close by and Fort Lovrijenac is just up a few stairs from the apartment.

Apartment was clean and the location was excellent, Dino was very easy to work with and he made suggestions on where to eat and the locations of the beaches. We had rental car questions and he arranged for the car and made it very easy to access. We had a wonderful stay!

Was probably the most clean and spacious apartment we stayed on our trip. Family of four and had a lounge room and dining room so plenty of space . Aircon and wifi excellent unlike some other places we stayed . The host made us pita and offered drinks on arrival and was very kind and friendly . Our kids didn't want to leave -

The villa is up some steps from the old town. We felt that it offered a peaceful setting out of the centre of town, and when we were there the air felt fresher higher up as there was a slight breeze. The hostess was very friendly and the villa was attractive and clean. We were offered fresh produce from the garden and an excellent breakfast. For those unable to climb the steps, it's possible to get a cable car up from town to a short walk away from the villa

I loved Miljas Apartment, as soon as I walked in to the gardens I felt relaxed. Beautiful house overlooking Port Gruz. Apartment no 4 overlooking the garden and the sea, clean and comfortable. Great WiFi inside and out in the gardens, outdoor kitchen as well you can use.
Wanted to stay extra but it was booked out.
Easy access to old town too, 10 min bus ride. it is nice not to be in crowded area so if you want to relax but still see an amazing city, this is the place to be.

minutes by feet. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes with the
bus 6, bus station is 15 minutes with the bus 7. Communication was
absolutely not a problem even if the owner's English is not perfect.
Italian is also not a problem. All rooms are very clean and comfortable,

Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

The villa was in the perfect location to enjoy the beach and the local bars and restaurants. Close to a supermarket and 5 minute walk from the bus stop to take you into the Old Town.
The owner was very friendly and gave us complimentary drinks on our arrival which was a nice touch. -

Katarina is such a warm, friendly and helpful person and she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and at home. I appreciate her personal approach. The apartment is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the old town and there is supermarket just accross the street. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

Everything about Hotel Lapad was first class. We arrived very early off the ferry from Bari, Italy - they stored our luggage and set us on the bus to the Old Town, which left every 10 mins from outside the hotel!
