  Our stay at Concordia apartments was excellent! It is very clean, modern, with all the equipment you might need. The owner is very kind and helpful! Our towels were changed every 2 days (which is unusual for apartments) and it was completely cleaned in the middle of our 10 days stay! The shops and the bus station is very near, and the beach is lov... what people say » ely. A great location if you want to stay out of the old town which gets very crowded! But still, it is only a ten minute bus drive to it if you want - Kate and her Mama were excellent hosts with great tips on where to eat. It is the first apartment that we have stayed in that has complete instructions and directions. The apartment is spacious for a couple with a pharmacy immediately below. Close to bus stops (100 yards) and a 10 minute trip to the old city. Taxi rank just past the bus stops. Supermarket approx 300 yards away.   The guests of Nike Apartments have a common terrace with a nice view of the Lapad Beach. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Every day (or at lest every 2 days) the owner changed the bath towels and the bed sheets. The owner is helpful and very friendly. The host offered us in many days fresh fruits or cakes and juice as a sign of hospital... what people say » ity. The apartment is not in the old town but the station “Lapad Post Office” of bus 6 (to Pile Gate) is not very far (about 10 min of walking downhil - We enjoyed our studio. It had everything we need, it was clean, looking very nice, I think it would be great for a family with kids. The host was great, they welcome us even if we arrived at midnight because of some problems we had at the border. The place it's really 200m up the Lapad Beach and you have a nice view.

  While we had to phone (the number is on the door) to let the owner know we had arrived he came promptly and let us in. No 24 hour staff but lots of useful information (including a Croatia Lonely Planet for use by guests). Pleasant terrace with good views. 15 min or so walk to the old town (uphill on the way back) - there is a bus from directly out... what people say » side (which also goes to the bus station) - Friendly and helpful staff. As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

Very helpful and friendly staff who were always willing to assist. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was very substantial with a cooked breakfast available daily. Air conditioning was VERY efficient, and needed, as the temp in Dubrovnik soared to 34 degrees! I would certainly stay at the Berkeley again when returning to Dubrovnik.

  It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly.   My husband and I stayed here for the last several nights of our travels throughout Croatia, and we loved it. The one bedroom residence is particularly spacious and ideal for a couple travelling with young children. The view from the Radisson is stunning and the hotel is set amongst beautiful grounds! I would highly recommend this hotel to any families with young children.

The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing.   The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town). The view of the old town and sea from our room was amazing. There is a small beach very close by and Fort Lovrijenac is just up a few stairs from the apartment.   The appartment is in the Old Town - on 100 m from the main street Stradun and 50 m from "restaurants"-street Prjieko. Of course, it is impossible to reach with car, motorcycle and even with byke any address in the Old Town. But the feeling to be part of this beatiful place is unforgetable. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time. Location is great right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town - close to everything.

Easy access to old town too, 10 min bus ride. it is nice not to be in crowded area so if you want to relax but still see an amazing city, this is the place to be.

  It was absolutely amazing to stay in this historical apartment in the heart of Old Town of Dubrovnik. We were travelling by car from Zagreb and arrived Dubrovnik at 11 pm with unplanned delay; our lovely host Duska has been very nice and understanding on the phone, her husband Lovorko was waiting for us to pick us up from a meeting point and take ... what people say » us to the apartment.
