His English was fantastic and he went zbove and beyond by retrieving and hand delivered to our room, my sons ipad that he had left on the plane.   The resort was beautiful, with lovely grounds and swimming pool. The beach was lovely and clean with lovely sand. We upgraded to a room with panoramic view which was worth the money and was lovely in the evenings.   Good value for money! We stayed in one of the villas, we felt like the resort was not so massive as compared to the hotels closeby.   The staff at the hotel was very polite and always tried to help us. The rooms are in very good conditions and well maintained. Housekeeping was also outstanding. The food at all restaurant was excellent. I strongly recommend the bbq sea food at Fresh and the Dim Sum at Yiyang Restaurant.   We booked to stay 6 nights at The Royal Begonia so we could have a relaxing beach break during our sightseeing holiday of China. Due to our flight being diverted we didn't arrive at the hotel until 3:00am but this wasn't a problem. Reception staff were on hand to do our check in and we were in our room in no time.
