The resort was beautiful, with lovely grounds and swimming pool. The beach was lovely and clean with lovely sand. We upgraded to a room with panoramic view which was worth the money and was lovely in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was enormous and catered for everyone. the staff were always friendly and polite. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and entertaining holiday. We loved the room, view, beach and especially the pool but the sea was dirty with plastic bags, bottles,etc. Staff were superb as was the food-we will be back and it would be ideal if the sea was cleaner.

Fantastic territory, good beach service. sunny days and nice beach. view and facility. The restaurants were a little expensive and we ate at nearby restaurants on a couple of nights. Restaraunts, bars and on-site are way overpriced (the food and drinks are awesome though); swimming pool is 1.2 m deep and staffed with mad chinese children. far from downtown. room decoration is gd but no suprise design. No free wifi. no much choice for hotel restaurant. long queue for buffet breakfast. nothing. The hotel was a massive complex and there was nothing interesting or exciting about the rooms or the building. Restaurants inside the resort are SUPER EXPENSIVE, and the offer around is poor. Everything is extremely expensive. E.g. There should be easy and free (or reasonably priced) access to drinking water. 9US$ for a bottle of water is just ridiculous, even when you can afford it. I live in an expensive city, and I know what it is to pay for things. But this would be a reason for me not to come back. The restaurants and lounges were overpriced . letsbookhotel.com stated that we should have fantastic sea view - in reality according to the hotel at check in it should be only partial sea view - so letsbookhotel.com did not tell the actual real fact, which was very enoying. The hotel upgraded us but that was not due to letsbookhotel.com and we were unsatisfied with letsbookhotel.com, which is not the first time I experience that in contact with letsbookhotel.com. Breakfast great but food little expensive and not so good but u can find better to eat in other hotel so it is not a big problem. Location about 40 min from city centre, extremely expensive food, bar and beach attractions (150 USD for 30min jetski !!!) Rather lazy room service, need ask reception twice to do my room. Expensive restorans. The restaurants and bars offer quite good quality of drinks and food but the value of money is not proper to expensive. Mould in room, mould smell. Stupid "Russian" food offer over morning buffet : far from original and not tasty at all. The Food is very poor. More people thn hotel might serve very well, not enough space at the restaurant during breakfast, and at the beach, poor English level of staff, 1 coffee machine for 500 people!. nothing. pool had mold pillows where too soft and weak resturant is too high price many people i spoke to said it was not a good deal better to take taxi into town. restruant people not so polite air conditioning so so cost of room was too high. i will not stay here next time.
