  Fantastic staff, great services including washing, equipment rental and service desk to book buses to Torres del Paine along with onwards travel plans. Very clean and VERY Comfortable beds with fantastic showers and Hot water...perfect after nights out in the National Forest.   Stayed here 2 years ago as part of prepaid tour. Obviously liked it since we're back. Very attractive, Eco friendly, really rather luxurious at a good price. Excellent breakfast included, good meals available As before very friendly and helpful staff with good English - awesome views from bedrooms and common areas. Beautiful hotel very modern

  It is a great hotel that met my expectation, great location, very clean, new facility, excelent staff that know how to treat people. It is a very green hotel with a lot of efficient features like almost all light bulbs are LED. I would recommend this hotel to anybody going to Puerto Natales - The location is great for access to restaurants, shop... what people say » ping, and the waterfront. At the same time it provides a very quiet environment. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in arranging tours and transportation for us.

  Awesome location and the design of the building is incredible. They were voted number 1 hotel in the whole of Chile in 2012 and rightly so - Great example of revitalising un-used/historical buildings. They did a fantastic job !!

  The staff at singing lamb was helpful since the time we made our reservations. They emailed us thanking for the reservation and welcoming us to their hostel (very unusual). They helped us plan our time in Puerto Natales and the trip to the Torres Del paine. They were very helpful once we got there and had to make changes to our plans due to harsh ... what people say » weather. If we ever go back to Patagonia will definitely stay at the singing lamb again. - The owner is a really kind and helpfull person. The all staff was great. The perfect place to stay before doing the Torres del Paine track. Amazing breakfast!
