Fantastic staff, great services including washing, equipment rental and service desk to book buses to Torres del Paine along with onwards travel plans. Very clean and VERY Comfortable beds with fantastic showers and Hot water...perfect after nights out in the National Forest. Breakfast was good too, great place with strong WIFI available in the entire place. Restaraunt attached also good option should you need it.
