  The staff at singing lamb was helpful since the time we made our reservations. They emailed us thanking for the reservation and welcoming us to their hostel (very unusual). They helped us plan our time in Puerto Natales and the trip to the Torres Del paine. They were very helpful once we got there and had to make changes to our plans due to harsh ... what people say » weather. If we ever go back to Patagonia will definitely stay at the singing lamb again. - The owner is a really kind and helpfull person. The all staff was great. The perfect place to stay before doing the Torres del Paine track. Amazing breakfast!

Although this is only a small hostel with 3 rooms (2 doubles, 1 dorm) the friendly hosts can arrange bustickets, can do the laundry and help you with everything you want to know. During our 3 week travel through the country this here was the nicest and most friendly location we had. Laura is helpful in every aspect and the breakfast is almost gourmet-style.
