  The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and the location is great for walking to various parts of the city. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and hold a bit of Winnipeg history within their walls. Our questions and requests were responded to quickly and politely. The only slight exception to this was the young woman who checked us out on the last day.   I liked how they would change our towels and remake the beds even though we threw the covers over ourselves, everyday while we were there!! the girls were very friendly!! my grandson had a great time in the pools too!! the rest. was great too! we will be back again for sure!! keep up the great work!! hooray for clean rooms and clean carpet... what people say » s!!!!!! - Was early for check in plus was booked in a non pet room (in town for a cat show) and they went out of their way to get a room ready for me immediatly.   I liked the location of the hotel. Quiet side of the city. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We decided to make The Hilton our usual place to stay. We liked there was a gas station down the street. A business/shopping section in the area with a walmart, superstore, right down to a "Kids City" playhouse for our kids on the next block... what people say » . When informing the employee at the front counter upon my arrival that I tried to contact the hotel from the airport for a shuttle but that I never got through and that I ended up taking a taxi, she took it upon herself to inform the manager and got me a discount on my room (the amount of the ... what people say » taxi fair). The fact that the employee at the front counter remembered me the next morning. - The hotel was easy to get to and not to far from the doctor I had to see.
