The front desk staff were most helpful in sorting out my reservation - the computer and I are not on the best of terms for on-line bookings. Due to the weather / wind direction, the hotel was on the landing approach for the Toronto airport. I loved watching the planes come in low. Yet, inside the hotel, there was no airplane noise at all! The room layout was very comfortable, with separate sitting / sleeping areas. A tv in both living room and bedroom seemed a little decadent, but I suppose .
all reviews » I love my room. I was in a king suite. The price was unbelievable. I was impressed with the living room bedroom concept that was separated by french doors. I also liked the bathroom lay out. The bed was comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was friendly during check in and check out. I stayed for one night, and wished I stayed longer. I will for sure stay at this hotel again in the near future. The hotel . Radisson is the best hotels ive stayed in. If possible it will be my choice everytime. From the time i walj through the doors the front desk immediately make you feel like family and they make sure you are happy with your hotel choice. Rooms are spotless and very modern. Comfort of the beds are extrodinary. Always have a good night sleep. While somewhat dated, this hotel offers comfortable accommodations for good value on the weekends. I went to the Radisson Suites hotel because, in the extreme heatwave, I needed a place with air conditioning. My apartment does not have air conditioning. I found my stay was what I needed. I was able to prepare for job interviews I have coming up. Staff was funny in an excellent way. Great service with big smiles. Made a bad situation into a fun experience. The hotels water was shut off due to a leak caused by the city of toronto. Staff handled this difficult situation well. The Wi-Fi and the assistance I received from the front desk. I was placed in in room 1112 and the furnace did not work. The maintenance personnel were quite quick to respond and make arrangements for me to move to another room. Loved the location and the free shuttle from the airport, which was very convenient. Bed was super-comfortable! Great price - had a very large, luxurious room for less than $90/night. Hotel very clean and well taken care of. The Bistro in the Hotel did not do much business, but the food we had was outstanding. The Thai starter as well as the Indian Curry was equal to what I had in Thailand or India. Congratulation to a job well done. Charging $14 for parking when most of your guests must arrive by car is just a way of generating more cash flow from the driving public. It is a deceptive practice employed by too many hotels on the airport strip. Charging for long-term parking for "fliers"is acceptable; charging the overnight guest is not. Nothing...all was good. I was in room 1002 and I found the toilet very low to sit on. The $ 14.00 parking fee per day, but it was waived, when I did complain about it.Thank you!. No breakfast. Housekeeping called at 8am.....When I answered the door the woman said "Oh you're not ready to leave yet are you?..." to which I replied "no" confirmed check-out time and shut the door. Slightly irritating to be woken up at that time. One light at the bedside didn't work. fridge wasn't cold because it was kept in a cupboard (the coils on the back of the fridge heated up the cupboard so much that the inside of the fridge was warm too), lamp was broken, tub draining system broken. Thought the bed would have been good being sleep number, but very uncomfortable. nothing. The pillows were way too soft. even piled up they sunk down to nothing when you put your head on them thus making it uncomfort when trying to sleep. They need to put couple of firm pillows in the mix. Told them this at desk. TV also dated but ok. Absolutely hated paying extra for parking. platnaya stoyanka,net zavtrakov. The air conditioning unit is located in the sitting room but the vent to the bedroom blows right in your face or the back of your neck while sleeping. less light in sitting room. The staff wasn't rude or anything just not friendly either. The staff seems clueless and did not want to print a reservation I had. And I was on the business floor. Their control of the English language was very poor. Unable to use T.V in the bedroom, but not a real problem as there was a perfectly good T.V. in the sitting area.. Remote control and one of the phones in the room did not work. Parking, internet and local calls are extra. I wish there was a hot tub. It only had 1 ashtray so I had to ask for a 2nd one. There was no spare blanket for the bed. You could hear the airplanes as it is on the flightpath for the airport but they not very loud.
