The suites were charming. Would be great for families also. Having the separate bedroom provided privacy/. Comfort of the room and the accessability to restrauant services. Very convenient location. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, the separate sleeping area, the large desk and suitable chair that made it easy to work there, and good lighting. I seldom find these in hotels, even much more expensive ones. I was amazed at the quality, given the low price I paid. I was sorry to be staying only one night.The staff was very nice, the rooms were cleaned really well, I enjoyed the deluxe king suite a lot and thought it was cool having the bedroom separate from the sitting room. And I especially enjoyed the room having two TV's, instead of the usual one. Also, the location of the hotel was good too. The room was beautiful...we wished we could have stayed longer.Size of the room for the cost was incredible!. overnight stay for the early flight. The room size and the location. Parking cost. chemical creamers instead of real milk/cream.The bed comforter wasn't warm enough for sleeping and I would have liked it to be a bit thicker in size and for warmth. Overall, the bedding including the mattress was very comfortable and made it pleasant to sleep. Shuttle was not included and we didn't find that out until we were on the shuttle.I filled out a breakfast card and hung it on the door by spcified time but didnot recieve a breakfast. The staff at checkin in the evening were not that busy but not asfriendly as the morning staff.I need to search online to get public transportation information as Staff can only provide driving directions. Did not expect a room service charge for meals delivered.When I first arrive the shuttle system was not explained to me and Itook a cab from the airport back to the hotel when I returned my rentalcar and paid $19.00 for a 3 min ride... cost of parking. having to pay parking fees. Far from downtown.Had problems with the thermostat room was cold. Matainance had to come twice to fix the problem. In the restaurant poor waitress attendance as she spent approximatley 20 minutes on the phone. When I tried to get her attention she turned her back on me. Would have liked to have tea bags available(do not drink much coffee). room service was terrible... shuttle bus service was terrible. The restaurant staff and service was terrible. I think the shuttle service is too expensive. A family of five would pay $35.0 at a rate of $7.0 each. I think family should be able to pay just the $7.0.We had one dinner is the restaurant that came dry and over cooked. The airport shuttle cost added on. The food was below pare, served barely warm. Will not eat there again. There is no laundry and you have to pay for the airport shuttle which was unusual for me but overall i would definitely stay there again when in the area.Information about the shuttle service was bad - on their website and on booking.com. Mini bar was empty.room internet is very bad,that was one of the main reason choosing hotel. you advertised free shuttle to and from the airport. There is a $7.00 fee for that service. Change your advertizing on your website.Charging $7 / person for a wake up call and $7 / person for a shuttle bus to the airport each way. no slippers and all towels are small.
