Though it is a bit off the center of Quebec, the hotel was excellent. We loved the design, the cleanness, the staff was very helpful, they had special lockers for our bikes, the bed was super comfortable and the linen crispy. Excellent shower and excellent WiFi connection. I like your bathroom, the rain-shower, the eiderdown without top sheet, the hard floor (carpets should not be used in hotels) the friendly staff and your reasonable prices.

Quebec is beautiful too bad must of the citizens that work there are just rude and have horrible attitudes towards Americans!. A little too far from attractions. No bathtub (not that I would use one but just a warning if anyone is looking forward to a hot bath). Bathroom has very small countertop space. breakfast was a bit of a let down. The room was a bit of a tight squeeze: no counter in bathroom, tripped over boot mat getting out of bed to get to bathroom; small, rough bath towels; few horizontal surfaces; $2 charge for in-room coffee; no room service; and the pricey breakfast (buffet-style: old, cold, overcooked...extremely disappointing). A bit outside of downtown. Took us 45 minutes with the bus to get there. A minor complaint: The opaque glass bathroom door was stylish, but allowed the bathroom light to disturb the sleeping spouse. Fan in shower not strong...this is the 2nd time I've stayed there & encountered the same issue...shower area does not get rid of steam at all. Coffee in room, excellent, however expensive......this could just be free, that would be a nice touch. The way they make their beds, there is no top sheet, just the comforter. I had to call and see if it was a mistake. They explained that's the way they make their beds and that the comforters are washed every time. I beleive that should be outlined so guests know this!. The beds did not have a sheet. I'm hoping they clean each comforter everyday. I'm a fan of having a clean sheet. There was no point in having all the snacks in the room. They were expensive. The room was small. They charge guests for coffee and other things. The hotel is almost far from every thing. The coffe cups were part of the 'mini bar' list and we did not know, we had to pay 8$ for 4 coffees. At that price of a room I expect free coffee in the room. No free coffee or tea, but that's ok. I would prefer a top sheet on my bed, especially in summer when its a bit warmer and the need for a comforter is not as critical. Never enough hooks in the bathroom. Having to pay for coffee in the room. Bathroom counter space. Distance from Quebec City and Courtesy bus didn't run very frequently. Too far from the city center $3.00 per cup if you use the in room coffee maker. Rooms are a little small. Should be 2 comfort chairs in room [not just one] !. Tea and coffee are available in the room for a charge. It's not convenient to Vieux Quebec. We drove in and parked each day...the "shuttle" only makes one trip in the morning and one in the evening. The bus for 4 people would've cost as much as parking. Just not close enough to major attractions. Aquarium is just down the road, in fact walking distance. You need to drive to everything else. Nothing. the shower floor was slippery.there should be a carpet available for the shower.The restaurant is a plus even it does not belong to the hotel.5 Stars!!!!!. No coffee maker in room. I don't like that you don't have a coffee machine. I am not interested in paying $2 for a coffee where other hotels supply room coffee machines that you can make your own. You need a treadmill in your gymn. For these reasons I won't book again. Very noisy. Talking and conversations from the hallway can be hear in the room. Poor sound isolation. The bed was way too close to the entrance door; which explains the excessive noise entering the room. Right next to a major road - so ask for room in back; tiny rooms with no counter space in the bathrooms, no hooks for towels, and a slippery shower floor! Also have to pay for in-room coffee pods!. Thin walls, we could hear people singing next door. No free tea or coffee in the room and no bath soap bars. Too far away from quebec old town stated in review much closer. Male waiter not very polite to English speaking guests at breakfast but gushed over anyone with a French dialect. No where to relax and have a drink unless food purchased. Room was small, too hot, noisy, poor outlook (over a roof and next to aircon vents that were noisy). Floor was gritty as if not swept properly.The cost was relatively high for the room...acceptable until they added close to 20% tax. Stayed only one night but would have stayed longer. Price a little bit high for such hotel.
