When I first read the on-line guests reviews, I have to admitt that I was a bit worried to reach there. I was instead pleasantly surprised. Very modern lobby, clean and large room, bed very comfortable. We could hear a bit the noise from the Laurier Boulevard but it will stop during the night. Air Conditioning was not noisy as other guest was saying; overall we had a very good sleep. The welcoming staff There is no restaurant in the hotel but they offered some light breakfast for free which is a good gesture from the hotel The free parking.
all reviews » I have been to this hotel many times. It's a great value quality/price. Always a great staff, very clean, bed comfort and great location. Very nice staff at the front desk. You can see the menu of some restaurants around the hotel at the reception. Bilingual staff,very pleasant staff.Very nice decor.Close to hiway for travelers. Location & Services. near everything. location. IT was very quiet the night we were there. It was during the Quebec Summer Festival and we thought we were all alone in the hotel... We had a good room. It was clean and spacy... very contemporate, modern. The staff was very friendly and the internet was great. Outside and entrance of the building looks modern and is well decorated and clean. Room looks modern and ok. in the room no fridge or micro wave,no coffee,a old tv.one plastic chair and one seat a low table. Entrance was gorgeous and location was good. Clean rooms, comfort, design. Nothing. The only minus: there is no fridge in the room. The wi-fi signal in the rooms is not strong and it's hard to connect to it. The hotel should make some improvement with it. Always great to be there! No negative comment. No restaurant or food of any kind.While there are places to eat very close by,travelers like to come down to grab a bite sometimes without having to go out. No coffee making in room. Need to bring comfprt of this hotel to the 21st century (i.e. flat screen tvs, central etc.). No restaurant. Breakfast. no restaurant; no fridge in the room; price to high for the room that we had. Hard to access Hotel,(with bags) from back parking lot. The bathroom was very unsafe. No safety bar, no rubber carpet, etc. The bathtub was very slippery because the bottles of soap and shampoo are nailed to the walls. If no accidents happened to date, it surely will! This matter should urgently be taken care of. The rooms were expensive and they did not have a refrigerator. The location was in walking distance to the mall and to some restaurants, but if you want to go down town it is not within walking distance. There were holes from cigarettes in one blanket and one big hole in another. Our shower had mold all around in between the tiles. I noticed dust in several spots and hair from the previous guest. Should I mention the cobweb in the corner? Or that there was no fridge in the room? Note to employees: Smile :-). Bugs in the bed. One ice machine in the wholw hotel. No bar nor restaurant. Very few vendings. Death slow elevator (yes just one). Room with unconfortable furniture; the hotel has no bar and restaurant, so there is no possibility to have breakfast; wi-fi does not work well.
