Feeling like a student in Quebec city The squirrels playing with the leaves in the large university park. The quiet atmosphere of a university campus at the week-end. The very high sandard of comfort of the room, without luxury. Was taking my daughter to laval university was pleasantly surprised to find well equipped kitchen with dining area plates cutlery and cooking utensils and kettle provided.

The amount of money i wanted to spend exactly fitted my budget. Free bike hire. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Private room. Close to old town, just 25 mins on bike. Very clean, quiet, microwave, TV and a little fridge in the room, big bed, nice desk to work ... The rooms were great and clean. Cheap, clean, convenient!. Nice location, quite close to scenic historical site. Our price was low but it was special offer. good value for the money, no frill stay but affordable. It is good when you only need to sleep. Cafeteria was good, bus route was convenient, free parking. Location. - Leisure room (billard table, ping pong table, baby foot, TV room, ...) - no bathroom but a sink in the room. the price was really good. good for those who have car (free parking). Free bike. Price. They were very kind. After my pregnant wife said she feels unwell, they refunded the nights that were left. Bus to town went straight from the front door. There were workmen in room next door I had not been warned about so woke up to loud banging at 8.30am each morning. Nothing bad for this price. Direcctions to the hotel were very confusing. it should have mentioned university of Laval, for non French speaking people. There is opportunity to improve. Couldn't connect to the i-net. Very difficult to find way around. There needs to be better signs!. Room service is only twice a week. Room was very small, good enough for 1 person only. No dishes, so you have to have your own ones if you want to eat inside. No devices such as microwave oven or at least electric kettle. Noisy doors and not air confitionned. Too small, no AC, not close to downtown. Parking location Laurier mall closed at 5:30. - a bit far from the city. so noisy, the walls are not well isolated. the room was very small for two. far from downtown. The beds and towels were dirty and already used, the mud on the ground, no showers in the room, lots of noise. Far from the city. Cramped (claustrophobic), hot ( no A/C), uncomfortable, very limited staff, very limited amenities. Pretty close to Old Quebec City but only if you have a car. It's too far to bike or walk. Not good value for the money. The place is suitable for backpackers only. It felt very unsafe, especially for women. Three were no toilet in the room, and no marked women toilet at the floor. We thought it would be basic, but I think it was worse than most of the hotels I stay at when backpacking, including other university residence. -Zero ventilation in room. Not even a fan when requested. -Rock hard bed -Sheets did not fit the bed to the point they were 30cm short at the foot -Showers were dirty and poorly maintained.
