very friendly, very clean. The staff were all extremely nice and quick to help. The room was reallyclean and comfortable.Very clean and comfortable. Central location, easy to get to events and the canal. Good location, perfect internet access. facilities are pretty new; good location - close to Parliment Hill, restaurants and highways. the hotel is in the centre, just a few minutes walk from the bayview quarter and the shopping centre of ottawa. Very clean, free WiFi. Clean...close to downtown . Breakfast. better coffee in room would be nice and a small kettle for tea. The shower head was cracked. We advised the reception desk, butnothing was done about it. There was also only one elevatorfunctioning almost every morning of our stay, which made it a verylong wait to get to the lobby. Minibar equipped with sensors and a lot of warnings that they will charge your card imediatly if a bottle is touched. So you feel like in a trap :). We only could open the window a little bit. Decor tried hard to be modern but came across as a strange melange of colors and styles; but this did not affect comfort or value.Too small for price ...noisy . This hotel should not be charging for water and my wireless was not working. Gym and pool was cls.

Take the Nicholas street exit. Stay in the left hand lane until you reach Daly Street, which is the third traffic light, turn left on Daly. Then an immediate right into our parking. Or go to the next traffic light, Nicholas Street and turn right then right again into our front door driveway.
