Breakfast was included in the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, within one block of the beach and lots of shopping and restaurant. Great balcony with two bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen. Really was apartment-feeling and it like a hotel. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Workout and sauna area was nice. Beach towels and wash off area was perfect. Rooms were perfect and air conditioning worked fine. Great terrace with pass thru window to kitchen.

The floors could have been cleaner, but somewhat understandable given they type of flooring. Radio in room was broken and television cable was limited, but who goes to Rio to watch TV even with family/kids. nothing, really. A little bit dated, but nothing to turn one off. bathrooms are not at the standart !!. Some modernisation and reinvestment would help raise the overall standard. The kitchen was not well supplied. No dish soap or sponge. Flatware was scarce and no frying pans. Internet was not available during my entire stay. It became available as I was checking out. No dish soap or plug for sink. Pool is only 1metre deep. The bldg is a bit old and there is no ensuite just one bathroom for all. It was the two of us only so it was all right but if you are a bigger party a second bathroom is convenient. I stayed for 7 days, and despite complaining every day, still had no internet connection. I had to use the public pc in the foyer every day.
