I was upgraded to an ocean view room. The room was very comfortable and quiet with a magnificent view - as had the gym and the breakfast terrace. Breakfast was excellent, as would be expected for a hotel of its level. The gym was very well equipped. Location is excellent - right across from the beach. The corridors were wide and clean and well decorated and made the accommodation seem welcoming.

He was genuine and sincere of our needs and surprised us with champagne when he found out it was our 20 years wedding anniversary. We remember him out of the many hotels we visited to four countries in our first South America trip. The hotel needs a bit of a touch as it is starting to look mature, however excellent service here makes it well up for this side of your stay. I was personally provided great service by the gentleman at the reception desk called Rabie and thought I would take this chance to thank him for upgrading my room and making sure my Mum and I had everything we needed. The hotel is right on the seaside, perfect location! After a nice run on the beach, I cam back to the hotel quite thirsty, one of the employees managing the car service in front asked me if I wanted some water and gave me a nice cool bottle of water! Staff is very nice, speaks fluent English and is pro-active of your needs. The staff was amazing. There was a problem with late night room service and when we complained it was resolved immediately to our satisfaction. The room was gorgeous and the location couldn't be better. Refusal to accept credit cards for tours at concierge desk, had to pay in cash! And at their Bureau de Change! Failure to provide courtesy car at airport even for a fee without completed forms in advance, and house wine price massively ramped up. Although this is a very nice hotel in a great location, the prices - room, dining - are excessive. Slow, unstable and very expensive internet. The restaurant was a disappointment, too: great view but sloppy waiters and tasteless food - and all that awfully expensive!. The pool was small, shaded and in the middle of the outdoor dining room. Concierge was friendly but didn't provide quite enough information to be useful. Quite expensive, very expensive breakfast, bed a little on the hard side. The beach service is ok. But I think could be better. Small pool. The pool was not great. The hotel is good, but could be better. The price could be lower. And we had problem with the account, with invalid charges. On the whole the staff were not particularly helpful and it some times were rude. This lead to us leaving the Hotel early. Bedbugs. The Pool is so small you would be better having a bath. Breakfast is not included when booking with letsbookhotel.com so be aware as the surcharge on my bill was huge. unfriendly, inflexible staff, house should be refurbished. it need urgent overhauling!.
