Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for EUR 20 per person or can bring their own. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 working days and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The balance (70%) has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If arrival is within 6 weeks after booking, the full amount must be paid.
