Lovely helpful friendly staff. Very comfortable/clean room. Great location right on the beach and very close to shops and night life. Super fast room service. Really couldn't fault this hotel and would definitely stay here again. A great Hotel and Location with fantastic spacious rooms. The Sea and Beach view alone from the large Balcony was worth the cost. We used the large indoor Pool and some of the Spa facilities. Will definitely use it again.

Friendly people, asked for a quiet room and didn't hear any noise (bliss), incredibly close to the beach, I had a great stay. Especially the close location towards the beach, the spa, and hotel is very close to the main shopping. Huge, great furnished room with marvellous sea-view, just on the main promenade. My daughter loved the pool, sauna and especially the jacuzzi. I most like the staying at the hotel with the seaview. The location is absolutely great!. Very friendly staff. nice room, clean. The quality of the swimming pool spa and massages! Excellent!!. The location, and the room was neat. Location. Location. No tea or coffee making facilties in the room. My room a bit cramped and cluttered (though some others are good). Absence of air conditioning. Breakfast a bit expensive with different hot food all enclosed in the same container, so cross-contamination of smells took place. expensive. We were requested to immediately pay 3 nights at the arrival ...... which is normally not common practice without having seen the rooms before. Horribly high prices, breakfast is not included, extra payment of16 E:-(. Restaurant menu a bit limited, particularly for fussy kids. There wasn't airco on the room. Very little staff, took 30 minutes before someone passed by the bar, noticed me and gave me a drink. Gym closes at 19.00 (?!!) Pool closes at 18.45 Rooms are worn out and decorated in the 80's I think. Food not value for money standed room not value for the rate we paid. no mini bar in the room breakfast was poor... it would have been better if food and drinks were together in a sort of an island... now there was bread in one corner, drinks etc in the other corner. The noise outside and the fact that there's no air conditioning so you have to sleep with the window open. The breakfast was also quite poor given the Four star hotel.Breakfast at 31 euro per person is ridiculous. Rude staff, finished cleaning rooms 1800!!. Basic room for price, no refreshments in room, cobwebs at top of walls, bed uncomfortable, breakfast poor - pastries not fresh, initial welcome not friendly. Needs updating bad!.

Underground parking is only possible subject to availability (reservations is needed) with an open space costing EUR 20 per night and a closed box costing EUR 25 per night.
