We stayed at Adagio Access Bruxelles Europe for 8 nights. The location of the hotel is very convenient for both tourists and businessmen. The hotel isn’t far from the Palace of King, park and 10 minutes from the Central Railwaystation by walking. There was a small kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave, a cooking range, plates, glasses in the room. It is be more comfortable, if there are also caps for tea and electrical kettle in the kitchen. Staffs of the hotel were very friendly and hospita.
all reviews » I love the hotel because it big enough, clean, and has good design. They have a small kitchen, so its a bit like small apartment. And in the kitchen they prepare microwave, spoon, palte, etc. Those are very usefull for us because i can microwave my food from yesterday, since in Europe they serve quite big portion compared in Indonesia. In general we were satisfied with the hotel and its service. The staff were also veru helpful to provide with very detail explaination about the city. The good t. New, quiet and clean. Our studio had all the required facilities. Multilingual staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast had a fairly limited but very nice menu, with highlights being fresh orange juice and a nice assortment of excellent pastries. The hotel is within a 5-min walking distance from the nearest metro station (Troon) and 15 minutes from the Grand Place and the town's historic centre. The staff were extremely helpful and always friendly. They were fantastic people. Hotel location is excellent. less than 10 minutes walk to Troon subway station and to a small supermarket. Major attractions were in close walking proximity. Small kitchenette had a cooked, microwave and was relatively well stocked with plates, glassware,utensils etc. The studio was cosy, big and well-equipped, perfectly suited for our daily needs. The bathroom was big and clean. The staff was really nice and the location perfect, with several important places (e.g., Parliament, City Center) in walking distance. Appropriate for people traveling alone or couples and families alike. We liked the location very much. The hotel is not far away from places of interest, we haven't even used the public transport to reach them. Poor quality of coffee offered for breakfast, with no possibility of ordering good freshly brewed cappuccinos or espressos. Somewhat sluggish replenishment of food and drinks at breakfast-time. To be fair, there wasn't much i didn't like. A hair-dryer would be useful. As parking was on the street, we had to wake up before 9 to buy a ticket or risked getting the car towed. Shower curtain was too small and that resulted in a very wet bathroom floor. There is no hairdryer, so bring your own. We didn't take breakfast in the hotel, but bought everything we needed in the supermarket, it's cheaper, and you can prepare everything in your room. None. Just a minor remark: since it's situated in an office area, if you arrive late or during the weekend it's pretty empty and there are no shops around for food or groceries. none. -a little closer to "historic centre" would have been nicer, but still very manageable walk. -room a little small -we stayed 5 nights but towel replacement only offered at a cost. Nothing. There is no electrical kettle and cups (glasses only). No hotel bar. But plenty of bars in the vicinity, so it's not really a problem. The coffee machine is not good enough for people who need a good coffee to start the day. It would have been nice to have a kitchen towel in the room and nice too if you could provide a few coffee filters so that one does not have to buy a massive box to use 5 filters. no hairdryer in the bathroom, no electrical contact to connect one anywhere in sight of a mirror ... vending machine that also contains 2 microwave meals on the ground floor of the hotel was fairly empty, no water, for example ... staff tells you it is not them that refill the machine ... breakfast area is modern, but squeezed-in ... not a place you would want to spend any time ... that is part of the concept, I am afraid ... There was smell of cigarettes in the bathroom coming probably from another room through the aeration system. Restroom should be equipped with plug, so that I can use shaver and hairdryer. We didn't have luck with only one member of the stuff.She was totally unkind,not willing to help and didn't know actually how to help!!! The location is a bit far off from the central and there are a lot of slopes walking from the hotel to the city centre. I will recommend taking the metro which is only 10 minute walk away. You need to find street parking. It was not a problem for us as we found a spot quite easily in the next block for 3 different nights. For saying something, the hotel was close to streets with a lot of traffic although our room was on the other side so we didn´t have any noise to sleep. hairs on the sheets :-/. Shower didn't drain well, towels were thin, sheets were rough. Breakfast is very basic. Also the breakfast area is quite small for the number of guests, so it gets busy. But no real complaints considering the price. 20 minutes walking from the old town. There was a faint smell of pot in my room upon arrival. The room is equipped with a coffee machine but no filter or coffee which was a bit disappointing but not a big deal. One desk (with the lamp) was a bit too small to work with pc. However, not a big deal as I could have used the other table. 1) BBC1 was tuned to BBC2. 2) The duvets were too heavy. 3) Most important - the chairs. The legs are set wider than the seat profile & protrude beyond the expected plan of the chair. At night this is a problem for those of us who have sight problems & the result was that I was constantly stubbing my toes on chair legs. Suggest the legs are somehow covered in a white or light coloured tube of some description making them more visible in poor light. (We could have taken the Metro when we arrived, but whoever we asked said it was only a 10 min. walk. Wrong!! 25 min. if you don't get lost like we did. Doors are slamming... a pity, but the only thing I can come to think of.
