There was nothing that we disliked about the hotel. Personally we prefer to be "off the beaten track" which this hotel was. It was just oustide the city centre but on the tour bus route. The bus to the Central Station 100m fromthe hotel. No prolems at all. My wife and I and our 16 yrs old daughter came for the Christmas market and your 2 bedroom Apt. was perfect for our needs,I will and have highly reccomended your hotel and we will be back next year,.

The steps in front of the building where the reception desk is located make it difficult to access the area if you have a suitcase, not to mention disability access needs.The pool was in different building. instructions for the micro wave were not very clear. the cleaning lady starting to bang on the walls while cleaning the room next trto mine in the very early morning. it´s not central, you need to walk a bit to go to the historical brussels.the staff could have been a little more suggestive and made some recommendations for places to see, restaurants, directions etc. The use of the Wrld Class Leisure facility was dissappointing as the steam rooms, solariums were not working. We also had to suplply our own towels as they had ran out.If you wanna park the car at first time, you need your hotel key card, which we did not have and took us quit some time to get out the parking space. The jacuzzi was broken. lift is a little bit noisy in rooms near by. Some of the furniture was looking a bit jaded/damaged. There was a smell of rotten eggs from the kitchen sink. I poured hot water down it for a while which eased but it could have done with disinfect. Incompetent staff. Was not aware of parking charge. High price for internet access. staff was very rude. I have asked to stay two more hours, they have agreed and the day after they calrrd and said they never said that,. Heating system - only via air-conditioning system. The room was cold atthe moment of arrival. Since my room was directly above the gym, I found the noise (musicduring aerobics classes) somewhat disturbing. It was a 12-minute walk to the nearest metro, which was inconvenient in the pouring rain.

From airport:
Bus 12 stops 150 metres from hotel (only on weekdays).

A taxi will cost approximately EUR 40,00.

A train can be taken to Luxembourg station, situated 150 metres from hotel.

By metro: Troon/Trône station is 4 minutes walk from the hotel - walk down Rue de Luxembourg, once at the end you will find the hotel 150metres up on the right-hand side.

Parking:
The hotel has a private, secure underground parking lot with direct access to the building.
Cost: EUR 15.00 per day or EUR 150.00 per month. It is possible to reserve in advance.
