This penthouse apartment with a terrace is located right in the historic centre of Vienna, a 10-minute walk from St. Stephens' Cathedral and the Kärntnerstraße Shopping Street. The apartment is 85 m² in size and is very quiet. Built by the famous Architect Theophil Hansen, who also designed the Austrian Parliament, Vienna Art Apartments' building can be found 200 metres from the Ringstraße boulevard. On the lower level there is the living room with a fireplace and the fully equipped open kitchen. On the upper level you can find the bedroom and the stylish bathroom. Rooms feature marble and wooden floors with underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available. The Schottenring stop of the U2 and U4 metro lines is just 300 metres away. From there you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, the Messe Wien fairground and the large Prater amusement and recreation park within 10 minutes. Only bio-degradable detergents are used for cleaning the apartment. Final cleaning is included in the rate. The owner speaks German, English, Russian and Hungarian, and is a tourist guide by profession.

Convenient location with supermarkets and restaurants within 3blocks aways.... Safe neighbourhood and close to train stations and tram stops. Attractions are within walking distance too... very nice apartment, very big and good located, really nice to have a kitchen for self-made breakfasts, like very much shower ;) really want to have the same in my flat. Very central to city and transport networks. Brilliant location. Apartment very warm and had most emenities.
