The location. The kindness of the staff.Nothing or may be near u-bhan. Short walk to the metro and shopping street. It was very cold and even after the intervention of the technician, it was still cold. Small rooms staff with no patiant to answer questions. The aircondisiun did not work, it was really hot in the room. I was not comfortable. Also they did not clean the room one day, and I had to ask for more towles, they put in the room one towle and two small handtowles. We were two, so I think this is not a good service.Also there was just one computer awaleble for all customer. all reviews »
