The location was perfect - very near the old town but located in a quiet residential area. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff were all helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it as it is such good value for money. - Only a 6 euro taxi ride from down town. Staff was nice, rooms were clean

In July 2013 we spent one night in Hoarachhof with our two children (9 and 11). Althought it was not easy to find the place (our GPS did not really help us :-)), the friendly hosts, the beautiful environment, the unbeleivable view, the comfortable house compensated us for everything. Set in a beautiful quiet setting, apt was beautifully done, comfortable. Walking distance to the tram station , close to a big supermarket . It's also only 10 mins by car to Muttereralm ski slopes. Thank you to Andrea, especially cleaning up our apt daily . We will definitely be back

Quiet location, but only 10 minutes on bus to city centre. Staff was very friendly and breakfast substantial. Car park was locked in the evening so knew car woudl be safe. Balcony overlooked garden adn was a bit of a suntrap. -

We stayed in the cabin shaped as a tree log, it was very cosy and cute. It was spacious, with 2 separate areas, one for sleeping, another for eating. It was November and it was cold, but the staff provided us with a heater so it wasn't cold inside.

Very nice room with foyer, sitting area and sleeping area. Resort with great activities for the whole family. Lake front room. Very helpful staff with great maps of Innsbruck. Transportation to Innsbruck provided. Terrific place for a vacation with children with easy access to Innsbruck. Lots of access to markets and other shops for necessities.

the hotel was lovely and warm and the staff were really pleasant. I would definately stay again and would not hesitate to recommend. - The location is lovely and scenic. The staff are amazingy friendly and acommodating. We will be back again next year!!

This is one of the few hotels where you can feel at home. The hostess was friendly and helpful, she made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The room was cleaned every day. Innsbruck is easy to reach (a 5-minute drive or by S-Bahn). It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Gasthof Stern!
