The location was perfect - very near the old town but located in a quiet residential area. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff were all helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it as it is such good value for money. Only a 6 euro taxi ride from down town. Staff was nice, rooms were clean. Friendly atmisphere, location, included breakfast. Very good. It was close to the center of town. Superb location for Old Town area. friendliness of staff. staff disposability.After two weeks in France,all the conditions here were far better, asevery experiences I have in Austria. Woman who owns place is excellent. clean bathroom, comfortble bed. Almost no parking available (3-4 places). No elevator, we pooled the suitcases to the 4th floor...This may be typical of European hotels but the description needs tomention that there is no elevator in a 4 story hotel!. There was no cutlery in the rooms.no lift, smelly room. Having the top apartment meant lots of stairs, however the view to the snow covered mountains made up for the walk.No curtain on bathroom window. Neighbours quite close across the street. I felt 'exposed' having a shower. the internet system not user friendly antiquated, but staff did helpsuggest tea and coffe making in room as in Australia in far less expensive hotels.

- Leave the highway via Hall-West and take the main road to Innsbruck.
- On the main road, please drive straight ahead.
- The hotel is situated on the "hotel route system", the yellow zone of Innsbruck.
- Follow the black arrows on the yellow boxes on the hotel route signs.
- Follow until you will see the large bridge across the river on the left.
- On this crossing, turn right in the small "Höttinger Gasse". After 500 metres, turn left to reach the hotel.
If you come from west side:
- Leave the highway via Innsbruck-Kranebitten and take the main road to Innsbruck.
- Please follow the hotel route system. Follow the black arrows on the yellow boxes on the hotel route signs.
- Always take this road straight ahead until you see the large bridge across the river on the right side.
- Turn to the left side on this crossing.
- The road is called "Höttinger Gasse" and is very small.
- After 500 metres, turn to the left side to reach the hotel.
If you will take the train:
- Take bus "A" to the "Höttinger Kirchplatz" Station or take the taxi from the railway station (costs about EUR 7.00).
