  The studio was spacious, very bright and clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. No smoking in the hotel itself either and the lounge was very pleasant. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent.   Petra is an extremely friendly and helpful host. The apartment was spacious, clean and with everything you could possibly need. The location and views were fantastic. We had a car but you could easily use public transport (10 minutes) or walk (30 minutes) in to Innsbruck Play area for small children.   The location was very good for getting to Innsbruck. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel that took you into the centre. Quite a large comfortable, but basic room.   In July 2013 we spent one night in Hoarachhof with our two children (9 and 11). Althought it was not easy to find the place (our GPS did not really help us :-)), the friendly hosts, the beautiful environment, the unbeleivable view, the comfortable house compensated us for everything. Walking distance to the tram station , close to a big supermarket . It's also only 10 mins by car to Muttereralm ski slopes. Thank you to Andrea, especially cleaning up our apt daily .   We stayed in the cabin shaped as a tree log, it was very cosy and cute. It was spacious, with 2 separate areas, one for sleeping, another for eating. It was November and it was cold, but the staff provided us with a heater so it wasn't cold inside. We were there during autumn so we couldn't enjoy the lake, but it seemed amazing too. The vews are certain - Very nice room with foyer, sitting area and sleeping area. Resort with great activities for the whole family. Lake front room. Very helpful staff with great maps of Innsbruck. Transportation to Innsbruck provided. Terrific place for a vacation with children with easy access to Innsbruck. Lots of access to markets and other shops for necessities.
