We had a private room and I was pleasantly surprised with the standard. Felt extremely safe and everyone was very friendly. Awesome bar and people everytime I go. The location is good, close to the train, bus & tram stations. It is also close to Federation square. Location, rooms, bar, stuff (not all) nice place for few nights. Everything else what I didn't mention in negative column :).
