Location is very good, close to South Bank and City centre but in a quiet area. Apartment was clean, well equipped and with free wi-fi we could find and book what we wanted in Brisbane ( including the internet booking of city cycles that can then be taken from the cycle stand at the park, across the road .) The apartments are "top end" and good value for money. The staff were great. Very helpful, friendly and gsoh. I appreciated the ashtrays on the balcony and that the staff didn't play shame-the- smoker. I only spoke to the gentleman at the desk, but can't remember his name - sorry! But thanks for a lovely albeit short stay. I also liked the parking and that we weren't charged an arm and a leg for it.

Thank you for a most satisfactory stay. Location for my sojourn to city on business. Helpful & understanding staff, nothing was a problem to them. Security, & ample on site parking. Quite at night was amazing. Awesome stay at Parkview compared to CBD locations. Close proximity to wide range of diverse restaurants. We stayed here for 5 nights in a 1 bed apartment. Plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer (not something you would get in the uk). Great location for South Bank cultural centre and river park and not far to City Centre. Toilet seat broken, cold tap in bathroom was jammed, a/c leaked onto powerpoint (this activated safety switch- I had to ring afterhours number- very nice and helpful as TV did not work) should have been checked, stairs to 3rd floor with heavy bag not fun at all. was quite expensive for $160/night .. no longer than 1 week deals available.. Lack of services, massages or after hours room services within complex. ordered a queen suite.... in actual fact got a queen suite but no queen bed, just two single beds pushed together and made up like a queen. not happy jan. a little bit expensive. Shower floor very slippery - dangerous. You should put a roughened texture onto the floor tile in the shower alcove. Noisy building works on the site next door. The beds were hard. Only breakfast pack of average value; no cooked meals available. The mini ironing board. Office closing 12pm on Sundays, particularly when needing to catch later flights, but due to helpful staff luggage was stored and retrieved. Nothing. No wi-fi. building works next to apartment are early and uncomfortable noise. arrival would be much better if I was greeted in person rather than the impersonal intercom. Nothing. Road noise with construction across the road early Sat morning. Not real good when you had a late night.
