Super helpful staff (in particular, Paul) who made me feel very welcome on my first visit to Australia. Free bus in to the town centre. Staff had good knowledge about the area and are helpful. It will take you 10 mins to the bus stop or the subway station by walk. The desk clerks are very nice and friendly. : ). I have stayed here before an have got a room on aground floor in a 4- 6 dorm.
