The helpfulness from staff esp with a toddler was appreciated. Allowing us to check out late was a god send to recover from bad accomm experience prior. Free Parking was a great thing! The organic cafe downstairs had amazingly good food which helped us2 relax not havg to trek anywhere. The layout of the apartment was well designed. I only wish I could of stayed longer. The location, very clean spacious apartment, even next to the railway it was quiet. Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by We were able to relax and walk to all the local cafes and resturants, the staff were very friendly. would book again when we go to Brisbane, would recommend this complex to anybody.
all reviews » The room was beautiful and clean, with everything you could need for a stay. We stayed in room 308 and there was no train noise. The blockout blinds were great - both our children slept in. Ww would stay here again for concerts at Suncorp or functions at BCEC/Southbank. We had an extremely good deal and the value for money was truly amazing. Very modern, seems all new. Never went anywhere yet that provides a tablet to be freely used in the flat. We could walk to all the interesting places in South Bank. We had one of the best WE. Lovely new modern apartment. Immaculately clean. Great well equipped kitchen and own laundry with all cleaning products. Nice balcony, very quiet despite train line across road. Good transport links. Close to southbank. 10 min walk to west end restaurants. Free parking is wonderful! Comfortable Bed. I particularly enjoyed having a kitchenette & a laundry to enable me to take care of myself all in-house, without needing to go anywhere! I look forward to returning when I next need to visit Brisbane. We arrived late and the key pick up instructions were easy to follow. The staff were friendly and obliging, organising a late checkout for us, even though there was an arrival the same day. The room was spacious, modern and very well appointed. The unit was very nice and well presented. Having the two bathrooms is very sensible and it is also great to find accomodation that has a ppoper shower rather than a shower over a bath.The staff were very polite and helpful. Very clean and spacious apartments. Convenience to QPAC and South Bank. Easy walk across the bridge to the City. Secure undercover parking provided. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Our babysitter said there was a bit of noise from a nearby party (I don't think from within the complex itself), but by the time we got home at midnight, everything was quiet. Nothing!. Not much, car park a little difficult to access from one way street. Pool quite dark and not overly private feeling. No where to park upon arrival, as One-way street and busy at that. I think you need a "Loading Bay" out the front for Limit of 5 min check in & check out facilities. Better signage of the entrance too could be considered. However in saying that, I will return for the good staff & location. Nothing really. I did have some trouble initially contacting them to organise the late arrival but it all worked out in the end and we were very happy with our accommodation and will stay again. While the location is very convenient to Southbank being so close to the train line, which is very loud, takes a bit of getting used to. I was rather surprised that check-in was only available until 6pm. I really think 9pm or later would be more appropriate. Nothing. It can be difficult to locate a parking space when arriving at the hotel for the first time. However, this is only one off issue and only happens to those who are not familiar with the area. Noted that coffee mugs had not been stain free. Otherwise everything else was great. House keeping standards can be better. Street was a bit noisewith trucks going over bumps caused by road repairs. You could provide so e information saying toothbrushes and shower caps on request. there were no extra pillows or towels. the suites were very hard to find on a one way street with no visible signs out front. the gym and the pool are very small. Nothing to dislike about this property. The one way roads made finding the place difficult for out of town visitors.Unsure of entrance - saw a sign on the footpath but no immediate parking for checking in but small issue overall. Late arrival, had some difficulty in accessing the night key safe and finding room. Car park is extremely tight. The complicated after-hours arrival arrangements were not advised with my booking and the hotel did not enquire about the time of my arrival. And then the SMS message with details was not received. So I spent a frantic time chasing down the staff member who was to have sent the message. Why didn't he just tell me how to do it when we spoke earlier in the? The arrangement seems needlessly perplexing. Old Scrooge McDuff at the reception counter is not a very nice man. Not sure where to park on arrival as the apartment block is on a main street. Parking the car after check-in was not well explained to us. Carpark itself was very tight. Being on a busy street, at times, it was noisy. The bathroom needs a powerful fan for ventilation and steam. Free wi fi didn't work. very narrow parking and turn allowance for big car, came close to scraping the car a few times going down to level 2. Showers not great,. Nothing!!. no fox sport on television needs it for boys... Showers are pretty small. The lounge was rather uncomfortable. View from balcony. Nothing. Ground floor room next to pool and gym was noisy. The extremely noisy party that went for approximately 12hours 2 floors below. No sleep the night we were there. Very disappointing considering they have a 'no party' policy. I believe we should be compensated, this was not a 'cheap' motel, I would have expected better. There was an unpleasant sewerage smell in the bathroom, unit 208. The separate toilet was no problem. nothing. n/a.
