We liked the place! Great value for money. Even though there were two buildings that didn't look very good right next to the suites, the location is really good, the area is safe and only 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes away from the bus station Allenby to get to the train station Hahagana. Just as a note, we had a very short stay. For a 2 night stay it was fine. Good communication from the owner. One of the cheaper places to stay in Tel Aviv with your own room, the price is reflected in the accommodation it does what it says on the tin.
所有评语 » The room was fine, clean. The location was without doubt excellent, next to Carmel Market. Also the excellent restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood are a big advantage. Value for the money. The room is clean, comfortable, has everything you need for cooking, near the market, Allenby street with shops and cafes. Not far from the sea. At reception there is tea, coffee and biscuits. Location is good, carmel market, allenby are much more than close tovthe hotel The beach is 15 mnutes walk Moris is a friendly person Cleaning and laundry on demand Parking not free but anyway. Location. Room was small but functional, had everything that's needed. The building doest not look like your standard hotel, more like a box next to parking lot, but once inside, it's fine. Great location! Although difficult to sport the suites at first sight. Large open-air market one minute away, lovely restaurants and cafes a short walk away. The room was comfortable, good international news channels and much needed air con. Nice complimentary espresso coffee available from reception. Good price. The rooms were renovated and clean. Great location! Bathrooms were clean. I stayed there twice and I would stay again. Can't beat it being so close. Good location: about 600 meters fro the beach and 200 meters from the central streets of the tel aviv. There are so clean rooms and polute personnel. Great location, helpful receptionist, super comfortable bed, own fridge and a small kitchen - all we needed for a short stay in the city. All was perfect! The room was clean with good air confition. Eifi connection was very quick. And staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean, and It was a quiet place in the night,but early in the morning there was a noise from parking area. For our short stay it was fine. There was no staff, only by checking-in to get the money. There was no real breakfast available. The hotel entrance is hard to find. No name of the hotel from the road .. The hotel entrance is located between the car park and the adjacent wall of the house. At the front desk staff do not always have. If coming by car, it's hard to find place, squeeze into very narrow streets, parking lot next to hotel for $10/night is okay, helpful. Tv only had Russian-language stations no matter how hard we tried to switch to another satellite. The sound-proofing is not the best. We could hear all of the other guests speaking, watching tv, etc. The approach to the suites is a bit stinky, its behind the market so lot's of stray cats and refuse and the entrance is through a car park. The photo the suites use is of the cafe up the road not the accommodation. Sometimes it was hard to find the staff. Soo much rubbish near the teretorry. This is not the hotel, but the city's problem. Small bath room, and without shampoo. The administration desk was never at the right place. There was such an impression that the bedlinen was not ironed and well-prepared, though everything was comfortable and clean. There isn't breakfast. Can be noisy next to market. Outside appearance not very inviting: parking lot, some houses in poor shape. Not enough spacy and clean room. Staff speaks english just a very bit. Room interior is from the 80's Quite a lot of noice from outside. It is a bit of noisy outside of the hotel because of traffic. The iron in the hotel was broken and it was dangerous to use, but hotel staff said that it is the only one. The location does not look good, old ready to fall houses, dirty. Neighborhood is something, dirty, trashy, some sort of construction is going on near by. Didn't notice any sign visible from the street, found the place by building number and long stairs mentioned in other feedbacks. Overall considering the price - ok place to stay for 1-2 nights, but no more than that. not cleaning.
