The views from the penthouse suite were great. There were two balconies with a lot of space, one overlooking Old Jaffa and the ocean. The location itself was just above the Shuk Hacarmel with lots to see and explore. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries. location is excellent, budget is very friendly, freedom basically you are renting an apartment with all the amenities: tv/cable/ac etc, etc Also, Efi the person who handle the checking and all process is very helpful and is always available to answer any question.
所有评语 » We stayed there a second time and the apartment was excellent, even better than the first time. Very spacious, additional sofa and totally central, excellent location. Very very good value for money. A hairdryer would make the place perfect. Great position, 5 minutes to reach the beach and nearby the Carmel market very nice place. So comfortable the intern of the house, recently restructured and very modern. Wide spaces in the house. Perfect apartment close to the centre of TLV, beaches... Very clean, has everything needed for short- term stay. Very good location with marvelous view on Tel Aviv market. 10 minutes to the beach, new furniture. beautiful view from terrace, warm place, nice location with a lot of restaurants and bars around. Excellent central position, pleasant design and well appointed, good air conditioning. Excellent location. Could be a bit cleaner but given the price very good. good noise isolation not far from the beach many cafes around. Very uncomplicated. Close to markets. Good location. Friendly staf. Very central to a lot of places - so that was great. Very comfortable, well organised, and very well cleaned on arrival - can't fault that. Location,Terrace,Air-condition,Shopping. Outside look of the building ! Nightlife around (for nite clubbers only !!!!). Nothing. The kitchenette was small as expected, though a microwave would have been helpful. If you are very sensitive to environment noise...cars, alarms, conversation, etc you could have trouble with apartments located at low floors and facing Allenby street. There are no signs to find the house. We expected to find immediately the flat but it was impossible. We waited 1 hour to meet the staff guy to open the flat! So contact them before arriving to Tel Aviv. weak wifi signal. Hot water switch tricky, no lift. no hairdryer situated on a busy street. No cleaning No lift Everlasting dust on the roof at penthouse rooms No available staff if you need help Very poor kitchen equipment. A little on the noisy side, because it is right in the middle of a very busy intersection, so lots of people and traffic, which makes for a loud noise level. May be better in mid summer when the aircon drowns out the external noise. The other thing is that the entrance to the building is not actually on Allenby itself, its on a side-street, and if you don't know that, you really are going to struggle to find it. We didin´t get a room, that we ordered. This was smaller. Wi-Fi didn´t work,any kitchen equipment,broken toilet,hot water,small bed. When we called the owner, to do something with this, he said that he know about it, but do nothing. He comes in time, when we leaving the room. It was very dusty on balcony. Internet didn't work. - Terribly noisy/room on the 1st floor directly on Allenby bld, one the most noisy in Tel Aviv - Functionnal room but totaly charmless... (almost no decoration) - Water Leaking Air conditionning - No checkin desk on late arrival...difficulties for finding the keys on the corridor. Extremely dirty terrace, shabby furniture, Wi-Fi out of order and the personnel did not bother to repair it even after I draw their attantion to the case! Kitchen was poorly equipped. No microwave oven. No knife. No spoons at all!!! All this was called "penthouse" and costed me 700 usd for 5 nignts! It was my mistake to accommodate in Allenby Bauhaus Apartments. Strongly unrecommended!.
