  We chose this hotel because it was affordable and the reviews said it was also very tidy, clean and nice. We were not disappointed: the hotel was extremely clean, the staff were very helpful and nice, and our room was comfortable and interestingly decorated. The fact that the toilets are shared is no problem at all, since they are kept very, very ... vad folk säger » clean at all times. Everything works and the neighbourhood is peaceful. What can I say, this hotel was absolutely wonderful :) - I thought this place was just great. It could not possibly have been cleaner and it was both comfortable and warm. I was welcomed and shown round. Everywhere looks as though it had just been fitted out. It was great value for money and although I may be doing myself out of an inexpensive bolt hole by urging others to go there: they deserve the business. The street is quiet. The walk there from the tube is under 15 minutes. The WI FI worked well.

  Maggie was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotlessly clean, with a nice atmosphere. There are great facilities if you are planning on staying for a few days - a lovely kitchen, washing machine, even a patio and barbecue. It's a very short walk to Tottenham Hale tube/rail, so relatively easy to get into central London (although I fe... vad folk säger » lt a bit vulnerable travelling back there late at night on my own.) The single room I had was tiny but was decorated nicely and is all you need for a - Guest house is spotless and I mean completely!! Maggie was lovely and friendly. I was working at King's Cross and this location was perfect for me as its only 15 mins on the tube from Tottenham Hale to KC. Rooms small but functional. Double bed was comfy. The kitchen had all the utilities you would require if maybe staying for a few days. Garden was lovely and table and chairs are covered by a canopy (perfect for smokers). I didn't hear any noise after 2230. I would definitely stay here again e

  I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. The little terrace out the back was adorable, I only wish I could have come when it was warmer. It's a 10-15 min walk to the station then 12 mins to oxford cir... vad folk säger » cus. Not ideally located but it was so cheap who cares. I'll definitely stay here again. - Great communications with the one welcoming me. She was very nice. Also helped at night when I forgot the code to get in and everyone inside ignored me. Clean and nice. Nice kitchen, I did not use it, but it was nice. Also had a great sunroom and a patio in the back. Will most definitely stay here again.

  The interior of the hotel and rooms was clean, modern, and efficient. The hotel is not spectacular, but cleanliness and facilities were better than I expected. The attached pub is decent. Seven sisters underground is not far, and there are few other options in the immediate area. In all this hotel was better than I expected
