  We had a pleasant stay thanks to mr Vincent. He was very welcoming and helpful. He told us the directions when we arrived and he was always in contact in case we needed something.   The apple appartment was a great place to stay. Me and partner went there for a short stay away! The self checking was effcient ( so efficient i actually thought there was no one in!!) The room we had was lovely and spacious so much so it was a real home from home environment. The room we had we were the first to stay in it so everything was spotl... vad folk säger » ess with everything u need glasses, plates cups etc. Loved this place and would stay there again in a hearbeat!!:-) - Brilliant value for money and really close to Westfield shopping centre. We stayed in the apartment for six which was on the first floor so did not experience any noise. Would recommend Cart & Horse pub round corner from apartment for great pop/indie live bands on sat and sun nights. Would defo book again.

  friendly welcome from staff very helpfull did not mind having a chat when we arrived late at night - The setting/hotel grounds and location; proximity to decent pub with nice beer and good, well-priced food; overall standard of accommodation.
