  Staff were so helpful and polite, I've stayed in some lovely and posh hotels in the past and can't recall ever being so impressed by how nice everyone was! Great price great location for getting the tube into the centre. Beefeater was decent family food too! Rooms lovely and clean.   friendly welcome from staff very helpfull did not mind having a chat when we arrived late at night - The setting/hotel grounds and location; proximity to decent pub with nice beer and good, well-priced food; overall standard of accommodation.

  We were travelling to a concert at the Olympic Park Stratford. Buckhurst Hill was on the Central Line 14 minutes away by Tube. It was about a 10 minute walk to the tube station. We used the Toby Carvery opposite for Breakfast which was £3.99 for a much as you can eat buffet style breakfast. The hotel was great. The staff let us check into our room... vad folk säger » when we arrived at 12pm. The pillows and bed were extremely comfy and the room was spot on. The free parking was great as leaving your car in London - All the staff were unusually pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent for a weekend visit to London as well as the ease of access to Epping Forest. The rooms were very quiet - an achievement in this suburban setting. Probably the best Premier Inn or hotel of this type we have stayed at. Good range of restaurants within walking distance.
