  The staff was wonderful! Roxanna was super friendly and helpful. She greeted us, showed us the apartment, answered all of our questions, and called us a cab when we left. The amenities were all modern and nice. - The view of Limehouse Basin from our apartment window. The quiet location - we barely heard anyone else in the building. A very warm welcome, and the apartment was spotless. I live in London during the week and usually travel home at the weekend, so it was great to have laundry facilities. Feeding the ducks and moorhens. Brilliant location for exploring London. We had a very cold weekend with snow - really appreciated coming back to a warm apartment and a cuppa!

  The staff were fantastic. Very helpful with directions and giving us extra toilet paper and washing powder when we ran out. I also asked for a drying rack for washing as I don't like to use the tumble dryer and when we got back to the apartment it was all set up. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished,but a bit small and you couldn't open the wind... vad folk säger » ows at night when sleeping due to the city noise. The kitchen facilities were ample with a nice large fridge. The apartments are within zone 1 in Aldg - These apartments are modern, spotless and spacious, with all the fittings and facilities you need for a perfect stay. For the money I don't think you could do better. I stayed here nearly 3 years ago and was thrilled; I was not disappointed this time as things are still outstandingly clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer is fantastic when you are away for a while too! Also convenient for the tube and in zone 1. I highly recommend these apartments; I cannot fault them

  It's a cross between a hotel and and apartment which allows you to be very flexible with regard to cooking your own meals, getting a takeaway (which can be delivered according to the literature in my room) or going out to one of the many eateries at the Westfield Centre which is where the hotel is located. Parking is good value for money at £5.00 per - My young kids and I stayed at staybridge suites in April and it was an amazing experience. Reception staff (Sophie, Timothy and Nicholas) were friendly and exceptional at all times. The breakfast was great as well as there was enough to eat for everyone....the kids loved the scrambled eggs, lol. Its right in the mall so shopping was within very easy access and we didn't have to take our jackets out for shopping when it got cold.
