Ljust fint fräscht rum, stort för att vara London - sköna sängar. Jättefint badrum med bra tryck i duschen. Ett av de bästa hotell jag bott på i London. Helt ok frukostbuffé, yoghurt, flingor, bullar, rostat bröd, pålägg, juice, croissants och frukt. Allt på själva hotellet var bra. - For the price that I paid, I thought this was an excellent hotel

It's less than 5 minutes from the DLR and there are a couple of nice restaurants a couple of minutes away. - Clean, deceptively quiet. Staff really helpful and even without asking just give you maps and stuff if you mention you may be traveling somewhere. Ample order-in chinese and indian cuisine.

Family room was a good size for 3 regular sized people. Rooms included snacks and drinks that could be purchased (just like regular hotel chains, which was a nice surprise). Beds were comfortable and bathroom was bigger than most private run hotels in London (i'm mainly referring to the ones around Padding station).

The room was small but cozy and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was quite good. WLAN worked well and rooms were equipped with waterboiler and free tea bags & instant coffee. I really enjoyed the little time I spent at the hotel.
I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and can honestly recommended it for everybody who wants to stay at warmhearted and cozy hotel with a good location.

easy to find and near railway station - Helpful, friendly staff. Arrived early, not only were we able to check in early, but also invited to have breakfast. Great 1st impression.

The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g

It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR.
Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

The welcome by one of the members of staff of Zen Apartments the service received from her was second to none! The cab driver didn't have a clue where to go so she found the taxi and walked me to the apartment herself. The view was excellent. The location was perfect and the service was excellent. 'Indi' was very proffessional on check in and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment itself was everything it said on the site and more, very modern, spacious and clean, ideal location from what we needed. Safe car parking and very safe surroundings. I would happily recommend friends and family, in fact we are planning to return when we go to London for Xmas shopping..Great value too...
